His journey has taken him through a wide range of technologies, from enterprise storage and virtualization to the cutting-edge innovations of cloud-native application platforms. This experience has provided him with a broad perspective and a deep understanding of the tech landscape.
Neville currently works in an organization dedicated to empowering development teams. His organization is passionate about removing obstacles, streamlining processes, and enabling developers to bring their ideas to market as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Neville cherishes the opportunity to explore the world through travel, indulge in culinary experiences, and engage in friendly competition with a game of cornhole. He also believes in giving back to the community and has volunteered for many organizations, including WICT.
Inspired by his mother’s 35-year career as an educator, where she dedicated herself to empowering young women, Neville is deeply passionate about advocating for more women’s voices in the tech world. Furthermore, Neville has had the privilege of leading and coaching leadership networks, successfully guiding leaders in achieving their missions. He’s committed to fostering growth, promoting inclusivity, and driving positive change within the industry.
