With over a decade of experience at Comcast Business, Nicole has built a career defined by impactful leadership, strategic innovation, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. She has held key roles across the organization, including Sales and Sales Leadership in the Central Division, where she led high-performing teams to consistent double-digit growth, and at Headquarters, where she supported National Sales Strategy for both Field and Inside Sales teams with targeted initiatives.
Currently, Nicole serves as the Operations Leader for the Northeast Division’s Small Business Service Delivery organization. In this role, she oversees a large-scale team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, optimizing service delivery, and scaling operations through data-driven insights.
Nicole is known for her collaborative, people-first leadership style. She fosters inclusive, high-performing teams and is a passionate mentor, and actively supporting Comcast’s internal leadership development. Her ability to lead cross-functional efforts has been instrumental in aligning teams from multiple parts of the organization to drive business outcomes.
She holds an MBA from Syracuse University and brings a strong blend of analytical rigor and strategic foresight to every challenge.
Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom of three (six if you count her Bernese and two cats). She enjoys vacationing with her husband, cheering on her kids at sports events, and has recently taken up golf as a new hobby.
