With more than a decade of experience at Comcast Business, Nicole Jaime has built a career rooted in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to enabling sales organizations to thrive. Her work across divisions and business units has given her a comprehensive view of the customer lifecycle and the operational engines that drive growth.
Nicole currently serves as the Leader for the West Region Sales Support organization, overseeing Field, Enterprise, Strategic, and SLED teams across one of Comcast Business’s most dynamic regions. She leads a broad portfolio of functions focused on revenue enablement, sales partnership, and delivering best‑in‑class service experiences that support some of the company’s most complex customer segments.
Nicole previously led Small Business Service Delivery for the Northeast Division, driving customer experience and operational performance at scale. She also held Sales and Sales Leadership roles in the Central Division, where she led teams to strong, consistent growth. At Headquarters, she supported National Sales Strategy, advancing productivity and alignment across Field and Inside Sales organizations.
Known for her collaborative, people‑first leadership style, Nicole builds inclusive, high‑performing teams and is a passionate mentor committed to developing future leaders. Her strength in cross-functional alignment has helped unify teams across Operations, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to deliver measurable business results.
She holds an MBA from Syracuse University and brings analytical rigor, strategic depth, and empathetic leadership to every challenge.
Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom of three—six if you count her Bernese Mountain Dog and two cats. She loves traveling with her husband, cheering on her kids from the sidelines, and has recently taken up golf as her newest hobby.
