Pooja Jugran is VP Strategy and Growth at Tech Mahindra’s Cable and Broadband Unit.
With 20+ years in the services and technology industry—15 of those in North America— she has built a career spanning end-to-end sales, business leadership, and strategic growth roles across industries; Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare and Media.
Born and raised in India, moved to the United States in 2010 and have since lived and worked across multiple cities—including Boston, Virginia, Texas, and New Jersey—as well as in Canada for over five years. She considers herself a student of leadership and takes pride in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams, fostering environments where individuals feel empowered, inspired, and supported to excel.
As a woman of color in tech, over the years she has personally experienced the evolving landscape of workplace inclusion, the progress made in creating space for women, and the systemic challenges that still persist.
As a Board Member of WICT Philadelphia Chapter, she is committed to strengthening WICT Philadelphia’s influence and extending its reach by fostering industry-wide collaboration, sponsorship, and participation.
