Taylor Nolan is a Client Business Executive at CSG and is responsible for supporting CSG’s North American Communications, Media, and Technology organization. In her role, Taylor leads various initiatives in partnership with CSG’s clients focused on enhancing customer engagement and loyalty, supporting reliable system operations, and driving extraordinary customer and employee experiences.
Taylor has been involved with the WICT Network for ~5 years as an active member initially in the Rocky Mountain chapter and now in the Greater Philadelphia chapter. She is passionate about the WICT Network’s mission of developing leaders who drive transformations across the industry and is eager to play a role in shaping the Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s annual programming to help achieve this mission.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and International Affairs with a minor in Spanish Language and Culture from Princeton University. During her time at Princeton, she was also a leader on the Division I Varsity Field Hockey team. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, skiing, and coaching youth field hockey.
