Over his 20-year career across life sciences, healthcare, industrial, and technology-driven supply chain operations, Pierce has specialized in people-first change, workflow redesign, and building AI-fluent teams that can adopt new tools safely and at scale. He holds an Executive MBA from Quantic, a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and is currently enrolled in Quantic’s M.S. in AI Engineering program.
