Pooja Kapadia currently leads AI Strategy and Transformation at Comcast. Her career has consistently centered on moments when technology reshapes customer expectations and business models, from social media changing marketing, to mobile apps transforming engagement, big data powering personalization, digital wallets disrupting payments, and now AI redefining how companies serve customers, operate, and deliver value in an AI-first world.
Prior to her current role, Pooja worked in Comcast’s core Xfinity business, where she led the launch of Xfinity Rewards and developed strategies to deepen customer relationships. In her spare time, she can often be found cheering on her son’s Little League team, shouting for an encore at her daughter’s dance recitals, or getting on the court to work on her tennis serve.
